A recent project called for secure access for a HIAB truck, requiring a strong, stable surface that could withstand the vehicle’s weight while ensuring smooth lifting operations. The ground conditions were less than ideal, with a risk of sinking, slippage, and surface damage.

Results
We deployed 252 HD Overlap panels, covering the required access route and lifting area in record time. Safe to say, our customer was not disappointed!
Our HD panels have a 12-tonne per axle bearing load, meaning the panels easily supported the HIAB’s weight without risk of sinking into the ground.
Featuring a dual-sided design, the panels offered maximum grip for vehicles on one side and a secure pedestrian surface on the other, ensuring both the HIAB and on-site workers had the stability they needed.
The integrated locking system kept the panels securely in place, preventing shifting under load and ensuring a reliable, connected roadway.
