Company History
Grassforms’ journey began in 2004, when two brothers identified a gap in the ground protection industry and set out to address it. Since then, the company has grown and evolved into the successful business it is today.
In November 2025, Grassforms was acquired by NPK International. Under new ownership, the business is well positioned for continued growth and future success.

We’ve also expanded our product fleet with the latest Grassform HD, HD Overlap, and LD ground protection panels, ensuring robust, reliable solutions for a wide variety of site conditions.
As part of our drive toward environmental responsibility, we’ve upgraded our fleet with state-of-the-art, low-emission lorries and introduced electric work vehicles to support our journey to net zero. Additionally, the installation of solar panels at our facilities is helping reduce our energy consumption and environmental footprint.
