In 2024 Grassform was tasked with providing our Grassform LD an exceptional pedestrian walkway at the world famous Lords Crickets ground. Grassform Group as usual was tasked with tight deadlines and the Grassform LD was to be installed and removed multiple times to ensure the whole event run smoothly and to schedule.
Scope of Work
Grassform Group provided over 1000m2 of Grassform LD pedestrian walkway at the famous Lords Cricket ground and was tasked with a 3 hour installation time to work around the strict working hours. This was removed and installed 3 times throughout event.
Execution
With tight deadlines and multiple install phases, Grassform Groups worked efficiently to meet the festival’s demanding schedule. By coordinating numerous teams and maintaining high standards of safety and performance, we ensured that all the phases was installed on time and efficiently
Results
The project was delivered on time and exceeded client expectations, ensuring a successful Event. The quality of the work and the efficiency of Grassform’ s crews led to the renewal of the contract for the 2024 festival.
