Grassform was tasked with providing access roads for a solar Farm in Harlesford. The solar farm will generate clean, renewable energy to supply power directly into local 132kv network – which primarily provides electricity to homes in South Oxfordshire and neighbouring districts. At just under 50MW, the solar farm can provide enough energy for the requirements of 16,000 homes.
Trackway Requirements
In a challenging project, over 750 Grassform HD panels were installed as access and working platforms for directional drilling crews. Spanning just over four days our dedicated installation team faced intense weather conditions, including a full months worth of rain falling in just 24 hours. Despite the weather, our installation pushed through to meet the customers deadline and deliver a first-class service, showcasing both the resilience of our crew and the reliability of Grassform HD panels under extreme conditions.
