Design & Manufacturing

The DURA-BASE composite mat is custom-engineered and compression-moulded as a single piece, using a patented HDPE formula with built-in UV protection and static dissipation. That means it is not only strong, but also built to last, even under constant heavy use and traffic.

Connection System

Our locking pin design creates a seamless, interlocking surface using a stainless-steel rotor core encased in engineered thermoplastic polyurethane. It keeps DURA-BASE composite mats locked and secure from the first mat to the last.

Handling

These composite mats are two-sided and built for flexible, rapid deployment, so they can be laid either way. That means less time spent on installation and handling, and more time keeping your project moving.

Logistics

DURA-BASE ultra heavy duty mats can move up to three times the capacity of traditional timber per load, so you can cover more ground with every delivery. That means less waiting, fewer trips and keeping projects on schedule.

A continuous, gap-free work surface reduces trip hazards and differential movement that come with gapped or uneven matting systems, helping protect your site teams and lower incident rates.
