A rapid response project to allow a crane to get to a damaged pylon urgently to repair the damage.
The access consisted of several TuffTrak® measuring hundreds of linear meters along with a huge pad area for the crane to position itself and make the required repair works to the frayed cables.
The first image below shows the initial temporary roadway we have installed from the entrance gate and right across a farmers ploughed field.
The second image shows the pad area that the crane will sit on to enable the cables to be repaired.
